Bill has served as Wellesley Country Club's director of golf course and grounds operations since 2004. Over the past 10 years, he has overseen extensive bunker and greens renovations. Bill also served as host director of grounds for the 2010 MGA Open and the 2016 U.S. Senior Women's Amateur Championship.

Bill lives in Wellesley with his wife Jackie and their two children, Ayla and Brayden.
