Kath has been a part of the Fitness staff since September 2013. She is a certified fitness instructor through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a graduate of Boston College. In her decade plus years at Wellesley Country Club, she has worked with tennis players, golfers, and everyday athletes to improve their game and stay healthy and strong through life's challenges. When not at work, Kath enjoys cooking, spending time with family, and traveling.
